About Us and Other Info

TWS has now been Trading since 2013. Some days It only seems like last week then other days I feel like I have lived a life time in the few years. Either way we are progressing and growing month by month. In October 2015 we purchased OVER THE TOP a well established Novelty gift Wholesale company. We have now incorporated this into our exsisting business. And we welcome all our new Clients to TWS. 

Thank you for all those that have supported us over this time of establishment and restructuring. 

The Team

Cristy - is our  NEW accounts person. She handles both the accounts payable and receivable. Cristy works part time and is generally  here Monday and Wednesday. So if you have any questions regarding setting up an account Cristy is the one you are most likely be speaking with. If you have any questions in this regard you can email her and she will get back to you on the days she is in the office. Her email is accounts@twswholesale.co.nz  

Sue – that will be me. I own the business , I am responsible for pretty much everything from the day to day running of the business along with handling the Sales and Marketing, Ordering, processing your orders updating the website and generally anything that needs doing etc. I am the one that is most likely going to answer the phone when you call. So if you need to know anything I am generally the person to talk too. There is not much I wouldn’t know about just about any product you might want information on. We are a wholesale only business and do not supply the public directly, if you wish to have access to our website you will need to request a log in to the site. Do this by following the simply form on with the link on the HOME page. Once you have done this we will contact you to discuss your business, you can also email us and let us know you have reqested access.  You will need to meet our criteria to be able to access our products and prices. These are pretty simple. 

1. You are a retailer or about to become one with a registered business 

2. A website that is established and viewable by us to varify authenticity 

3. A person involved in Party Plan or direct selling in some form. 

I am sorry but those wishing to sell via drop shipping using the likes of Trade me only will not be grated access to our site as we are here to support all of our customers NZ wide. 



We will endeavour to ship items to you as quickly and safely as we can. We apologize if we do not ship to your location. For information on shipping please contact us directly though our contact page or you can give us a call.  We endevore to ship all orders with in 2 working days of receiving the order. If for some reason we are not able to do this we will call you or email you as to why and with your expected delivery time. We use FASTWAY for the majority of our shipping within New Zealand.



Auckland Local   -  Up to 25kg or per box  $5.50 + GST 

Outter Auckland   -  Up to 10kg or per box  $10 + GST 

Short Haul  -  Up to 10kg or per box  $10 + GST  

Long Haul North Island - Small package (under 2kg or shoe box)  - $10 + GST 

Long Haul North Island - Standard Orders up to 10kg or per box - $15+ GST 

South Island - Small Package (Under 5kg) - $20+ GST 

South Island - Larger Package (over 5kg) - $25+ GST per box or 10kg 

Rural Delivery - there is an added charge of $10 per box sent for Areas that fall into the Rural area.  These include areas of The Cromandel and also some places up North.  Along with anyone with an RD address.
